I’ve been seeing a lot of negative comments about season three. I’ve watched all three seasons but haven’t read the books yet. I know shows leave a lot of information out or will take the storyline and go 360 degrees away from the book. I guess a lot of people have been disappointed in the third season. One of the main complaints was that they felt it was rushed. No offense, they’ve got to cram an entire book into eight episodes. Yeah, they are going to skip through a lot of stuff. The storyline was still moving and heartfelt. Penelope and Colin’s love story was well written. I won’t give away any spoilers in case some haven’t seen it yet. And now, they’re saying season four may not be out until 2026. You don’t want to keep people waiting that long. I guess you could say I’m part of the minority that loved season three of Bridgerton.

My favorite of the Bridgerton brothers is Colin, followed by Anthony.

For those of you who haven’t watched the series at all, you don’t know what you’re missing. The series is definitely binge-worthy. Once you start watching it, I guarantee you won’t be able to stop. The plot pulls you in, and you’re pulled into the drama and romance of both families. Who will be the diamond of the season? Watch it. You won’t be disappointed.

Queen Charlotte is a spin-off of Bridgerton. It takes a more in-depth look at how Queen Charlotte became queen and her struggle with King George’s mental health issues. If you haven’t watched that one, I highly recommend you do. It’s a bitter-sweet love story that will have you in tears.
